Apply to damp or wet hair for best results.

For defined curls: Apply generously section by section, using a raking or shingling method.

For edges: Apply with a brush for precise application and sleekness.

Allow hair to air dry completely or use a diffuser.

Once 100% dry, gently scrunch hair to break the cast and reveal soft, defined curls with hold.

Do not rinse.

Oil-Based Serums or Heavy Creams (underneath the gel): Applying these before the gel can create a barrier that prevents the gel from adhering properly to the hair, leading to reduced hold and potential flaking.

Other Styling Gels: Layering different gels can cause a chemical reaction leading to severe flaking and a uneven, clumpy hold.

PVP-based gels (like this one) can often flake when combined with certain oils, butters, or other polymers from different product lines. It is always best to use products from the same line or to do a test mix on the hand before applying.
